Loved your episode on mistletoe. Looks like we don’t have it up here in Vermont 🙁
Bob
I have been looking in Cincinnati. It is around but I have not seen any yet.

Thanks for this podcast. At Thanksgiving I noticed mistletoe here in the low country of South Carolina. I saw a tree that is similar in size to the one in your photo – and it had probably ten areas with mistletoe in it. For me it symbolizes the beginning of the holiday season.
Bob
Thanks for sharing this! Glad you liked the podcast. I like your idea of looking for mistletoe to kick off the holiday season.

Enjoyed the Mistletoe segment. Interestingly, we once again paired our topics for the week as we did with poison ivy earlier this fall. I posted an article on Mistletoe on my blog, Footpathsblog.com, for this Christmas week.

I just read Patrick’s blog on Mistletoe and it is a wonderful complement to our podcast!

LOVE your chats with Greg. I find I am always jotting down notes on napkins, receipts, whatever I have nearby. Thank you for teaching us about the natural world.
Bob
It is an honor to chat with Greg! I love that you jote down notes on whatever you have.
